Bug#807899: tasksel: prompts for CD/media with no 'cancel' option; ignores SIGINT/SIGTSTP, locks apt DB

Package: tasksel
Version: 3.31+deb8u1
Severity: normal

If you try to run tasksel on a machine which has removable media configured for
apt (such as a freshly installed system via CD-ROM/DVD) it's possible that
tasksel will prompt you to insert the media after selecting some tasks If you
can't do that for any reason, tasksel does not offer any way to cancel; it
loops between two screens with no way out. It also ignores SIGINT and SIGTSTP
and locks the apt database, so you can't easily update your sources.list in the
background. It would appear you need to issue a SIGTERM from another terminal,
adjust your sources.list and try again. This would be a problem in some
situations where you can't open a second terminal.
