Cyril,

I used nano to open the syslog file and searched for "/proc". The search results where an error was indicated was:

netcfg[5237]: INFO: Could not find valid BOOTIF= entry in /proc/cmdline

A search for "mount" and found:
   main-menu[361]: (process:4352): mount: mounting /dev/sda on /media failed: Invalid $
   main-menu[361]: (process:4352): umount: can't umount /media: Invalid argument

From here to the end of this note, I have moved from the end of the file, above my previous note, to where issues are indicated and typed the lines here.

If needed, I could send pictures of the syslog file or possibly the syslog file.

Many Thanks,
