Bug#778195: debian-installer: x32 port

The port's status is that, if you include unmerged patches, pretty much
everything servery works, with few exceptions, such as:
* nodejs (needs chromium libs)
* iptables (ok as multiarch works 100% transparent by default)
Desktop things are in a far worse shape:
* gnome doesn't work
* xfce, lxde, mate work 100%
* kde mostly works
* no iceweasel nor chromium (ouch...)
* sound (ok with multiarch pulseaudio, but not easy to install)
And the installer seems to work, with everything I could test (BIOS, EFI, a
good set of installation options; qemu, virtualbox, a couple of real
machines).

I admit that my interests lie on the server side thus this is where I've put
most of my efforts.  But, at least on that front, things work for me and
should be ready for wider testing and upstreaming into Debian proper.

So, what should I do for you to consider merging the patches?
