Bug#794936: installation-guide: claims it will use "CD-ROM" as cover-term then doesn't

Baffling.  I thought the ~/standardize_on_CD-ROM_as_cover-term.patch
that I attached was the same file as I'd included in the body.  I
don't know where the other version comes from - I don't even know what
kind of svn diff I'd need to do to get it.

Fortunately since it was in my home directory overnight there's also a
copy in my backups, and it turns out to be the good version.  That's
perhaps the most baffling part of all, but here it is.
