aspell-el: /usr/lib/aspell/el.dat

so a /usr/share → /usr/lib transition?

The following things appear to be available there:
kibi@arya:~$ apt-file search /usr/lib/aspell|awk -F/ '/\.dat$/ {sub(/\.dat$/,"",$NF);print $NF}'|sort|xargs
