I'm not sure why but I don't seem to have received a copy of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=753442#80…; anyway what the commit message says, the bug reference, and the change itself look like a good thing to have in stable, so I'll double check and try to have that in the next point release.
