Bug#782016: flash-kernel: console device not set on Cubox-i4pro

As reported on debian-arm, installing Jessie on a Cubox-i4pro via
serial console works without problems, but when booting the
installed system, there is no output on the serial port.

The source of the problem is that the boot script used by d-i
passes the u-boot console variable to the kernel, but the boot
script that is installed by flash-kernel into the final system
does not. Changing the boot script accordingly solves the issue
(cf. https://lists.debian.org/debian-arm/2015/04/msg00033.html).
The boot script for the wandboard shows the same issue.
