This is the image, I tried today:

On the one hand the upgrade-path from stable needs some testing, too, and I tried that
already and it worked. On the other hand at the point, when the distribution gets the
RC-status and it is not installable by normal means, it's an important problem in my
opinion. So I upgrade the severity accordingly.
Some people probably just want to install the distribution, when it does not boot up upon
that, they won't give the system any testing- and evaluation-time.
