Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

I tried the b1 netinst ISO (debian-jessie-DI-b1-amd64-netinst.iso, MD5 8a386a16ab2939e00bfd5efa27007216.)
The installer came up normally but the disk scan hung. This might be due to multiple btrfs filesystems or a bcache partition.
