package: installation-reports severity: critical It took a long research online to finally install wheezy on Dell PowerEdge T20 server. I had to manually enter dmraid=true at installer prompt and then manually install grub. Bug report against grub for correctly installing when dmraid=true is set is here http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=772795 Debian Installer should be able to detect if the system has a fakeraid and then load dm-raid module.
