AFAICT, ttf-cjk-compact 1.20 is not in jessie or sid. ttf-cjk-compact 1.23 from jessie/sid depends on ruby, not ruby1.8. From here it looks like there was no bug filed because 1.21 already fixed this issue (in 2013) without us needing to file an additional bug. Best, -- ,''`.
