Yes, please. One bug report per feature is the best way.

A quick glance leads me to believe there are quite a few whitespace
changes; please avoid them as they add noise to real changes, and
don't gain us much. (Even if batched together in “clean-up” patches
they tend to make backporting features and fixes unnecessarily harder
by changing context.)
