Bug#758410: d-i manual: update for bootmenu entries of graphical installer

Package: installation-guide
Tags: patch

Hi,

some parts in the d-i manual for the graphical installer were written in
times, were we had only *one* entry "Graphical install" in the initial
boot menu, but we had no submenu "Alternative desktop environments" existing.

Now we have *several* "Graphical install" entries all over the bootmenu,
not only one (under "Alternative desktop environments" submenu).

This should probably result in some small changes for the manual.

Patch attached.
