Bug#695270: add support for disabling DPMS via preseeding



Hi Cyril,

Sorry for being late, it has been a while I tried the Debian BabelBox on
a VM, especially considering that I do not have the Debian Events Box
anymore.

Perfectly fine for me, I guess that if someday Linux will gain such an
option it will automatically do what we were looking for ;-)
