Bug#737748: debian-installer: Netboot initrd's for debian do not include sata-modules or ata-modules

Justification: renders package unusable

Debian's initrd.gz for netboot installs on amd64 does not include the ata-modules or sata-modules udebs. This renders the package wholly unusable on systems with AHCI controllers - and legacy mode is not supported by newer BIOSes.
