Bug#769996: debian-installer: Possible help text for win32diskimager users

Hello, thanks for replying.

Can you explain a bit what would be wrong with these instructions?

 * I get that it's a bit out of scope for a Debian technical manual.

 * On the other hand, it would help many people installing Debian. (IRC channels on oftc and freenode get hammered with this question)

 * win32diskimager is Free software, so we don't break the guidelines here.

I'd be fine with just a link to a wiki page in the manual:

"See the PreparingInstallFromWindows wiki page for instructions on how to prepare the installation media for a Windows machine"

But the wiki is world editable so anyone could slip wrong instructions there.

Any other opinion/solution is welcome.
