Hi, all, I just tried this installation-image:

http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/amd64/iso-cd/debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso

from 2014-10-17 and I can confirm, that the base-system is installable again now, but it

is still not bootable, so the situation is basically unchanged.
