That'd be due to a wrong URL (fixed in 1.23) and #763576.

That might just be debian-edu stuff not (entirely/properly) integrated
into the ttf-cjk-compact update script.

Both of those can be considered after D-I Jessie Beta 2.

That still applies. Once the update script is fixed to report failures
we could probably run it on a regular fashion to spot URL/hosting
changes ASAP, so that we don't get a failure while running 'update'
right before a release.
