I don't think we're going to include support for exotic keyboard
layouts (I think dvorak was asked for quite frequently but wasn't
added).

It seems it should be supported through ath9k_htc.ko, which is
included in jessie's nic-wireless-modules linux udeb. If you could
share the syslog file (under /var/log/installer on the installed
system), that might help us figure out what happened.
