Petter,

you're supposed to have the maintainer of the package you're reassigning
to in copy of your mail, otherwise all we get is:
| Processing control commands:
|
| > reassign -1 ttf-cjk-compact-udeb
| Bug #740151 [debian-edu-install] debian-edu-install: Traditional Chinese interface shows garbage character
| Bug reassigned from package 'debian-edu-install' to 'ttf-cjk-compact-udeb'.
| No longer marked as found in versions debian-edu-install/1.720.
| Ignoring request to alter fixed versions of bug #740151 to the same values previously set

which isn't immensely helpful…

Anyway, I tried updating ttf-cjk-compact-udeb against current svn/package
translations, and I'm now getting corrupted characters on the first screen
after having chosen “Chinese (Traditional)”. The prompt here comes from
localechooser (sublevel1) so I'm quite surprised. Especially since there's
no differences between testing and sid that could explain a difference
here. I'm attaching a screenshot.

Mraw,
KiBi.
