Bug#760215: linux-image-3.14-2-kirkwood: Not enough space in MTD RootFS1 (need 9768399 but is actually 9437184)

2014-09-03 0:19 GMT+02:00 Ben Hutchings <ben@decadent.org.uk>:

1. Change the MODULES setting in
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/driver-policy (if it exists) or in
/etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf to be 'MODULES=dep'
2. Run 'update-initramfs -u -k 3.14-2-kirkwood'
3. Run 'dpkg --configure --pending'

cubo:/home/diego# vim /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf
cubo:/home/diego# update-initramfs -u -k 3.14-2-kirkwood
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.14-2-kirkwood
W: mdadm: /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf defines no arrays.
flash-kernel: installing version 3.14-2-kirkwood
Generating kernel u-boot image... done.
Flashing kernel... done.
Flashing initramfs... done.
cubo:/home/diego# dpkg --configure --pending

Thanks, changing MODULES to "dep" fixed the problem.

Diego.
