Due to #740068, which should be gone now since eglibc 2.18 reached
testing.

Due to apt-cdrom regression (#740673). Since that's the annoying bug
for the time being, I'm blocking this installation report with the
apt-cdrom regression; that should make it slightly easier for us to
ping back submitters when it gets fixed.
