Apparently you used clicked through the Windows executable that puts the
debian-installer at the root of your C:\ partition. It did its best to
minimize its impact, as you can see: all files are in C:\win32-loader.

The only system-related change was this line:

Which says that the debian-installer image was registered to the Windows
bootloader.

Just run the win32-loader uninstaller; you should be able to find it in
Windows' programs list or launch it directly from where it was
mentionned to be installed:
> Created uninstaller: C:\win32-loader\Uninstall.exe
Running this uninstaller will restore your C:\ partition to its pristine
state.
