Also, it doesn't seem that this is a KDE-specific package, For what I understand of the files installed, this seems to be a KDE-specific application. A bad-named one possibly, but seems KDE-only. print-manager needs cups up and running (just depending on cups is not enough I think) so I don't know if it should be installed by kde-task.
