Bug#728238: installation-reports: popcon's caption displayed in mandb configuration (expert install)

Dear Maintainer,

I downloaded Wheezy 7.2 CD1-Xfce4 and installed it.

During the man-db configuration, when the installer asks if man-db
should be installed setuid, the title is wrong. Instead of describing
the operation, it repeats popcon configuration window's title.
