Bug#711683: debian-installer: Wheezy netinst image does not fit into MiniCD

Debian Wheezy netinst ISO file is too big to fit into MiniCD (current
size is about ~221 MiB¹ while MiniCD's capacity is around ~210 MiB²).
On the other hand, documents³ state this file is about 180 MiB which
currently does not match the reality.
