Bug#700642: package manager apt is adding a network mirror even after network is not configured
We disabled the network configuration in the beginning, but still the installer was automatically creating a list file containing the mirror path in the following file:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/sid.list
The network mirror in the file : /etc/apt/sources.list was automatically commented out by the installer, since the network was not configured but still the file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sid.list containing mirror path was created.
