Bug#724931: Please include the patch in git

The problem is that, unless I'm mistaken, patches were not sent as
patches against the relevant packages, but as patches against the ISO
images.

So, it makes it fairly hard, when a bit far from the context, to
isolate what belongs to which package. The fact that many versions of
patches were sent to bug reports doesn't make it easier, too..:-)

So, could you isolate a patch that could apply cleanly to cdrom-detect
package tree....or point me to it?

I think I managed to apply the right changes to apt-setup, but that
probably need to be checked, too.
