ReiserFS is *no longer* supported by the > Linux kernel in Debian, so os-prober can't support it. The kernel still provides the reiserfs module and there is an upstream maintainer for it. But, judging by upstream activity, it doesn't seem to have enough maintenance effort to be a sensible choice any more. I can't say whether it should still be supported in os-prober. This would result in inconsistent behaviour between installation (where reiserfs is no longer available) and the next GRUB update.
