Comments/Problems:

<Description of the install, in prose, and any thoughts, comments
and ideas you had during the initial install.>

Took a working Debian 4.0 system and did a fresh install of Debian 5.0.3 via netinstall cd.
Attempted to install to PERC3 raid PCI device, this worked on Debian 4.0 but wont detect on 5.0.3.
attempted to install the megaraid_mbox module manually, no success.

Tried an adaptec raid controller type "I20" 2100S this also failed in disk detection, tried to load i2o module manually, this also failed.

It appears to be compatible,

Unable to proceed.

regards

Steven
