So now we have agreed on using this patch, do we include it in 7.0.0?
Otherwise, people installing a graphical desktop with the speech

I haven't seen anybody push for the 2.42 change, LP#1098299 does not
seem very grave, so I guess we'd rather upload to wheezy?
