And "the mirrors or something else" have been broken for the last
two days ... I tried numerous time on multiple mirrors.
It first saw it appear monday 2013-03-25 on french mirrors,
US mirrors kept working until tuesday 2013-03-26 11:00 UTC
and then start to fail in the same way.

I mainly reported it to base-installer, because it is
a base-installer error that stops the installation, hoping
someone could point to the real culprit.
