What do people think about the finnish and catalan translation?

These two translations have not seen any update since Squeeze and
are heavily outdated (see 
http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2013/02/msg00015.html )

Until now, nobody has even started working on them AFAICT...

IMHO they should be deactivated for official builds.
