If it is an AMD of family 0x0f, then no it does nor support updates.
I was confused for a while by the fact 0x15 does support it, but while
15 = 0x0f, 0x15 is of course not the same thing.

So from what I determined when looking at it, the early 64bit AMD CPUs
do not support microcode updates.
