Comments/Problems:

I've tried installing Debian Wheezy from a USB stick created with the
command cat mini.iso >/dev/sdb.
The installer starts successfully on my netbook Samsung N150+, however
on my desktop it crashes just after loading the initrd.gz with a
BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0000000a00385cd.

I took a photo of the crash: http://i.imgur.com/IZ258.jpg

This behavior appeared after i updated the bios to the latest version.
Previously i had Debian Squeeze installed and it booted normally; then
i upgraded the bios and i had the same issue on boot.

Should i downgrade the bios, or is there any way to get Wheezy d-i boot?
Any help is appreciated.

Luca
