As my device does not boot anymore, I can not look up any current information, but what I
saw upon first installation can be seen here:

thr 'powernow_k7'-module was used.
Bootproblems were intermittent at first, now the system will not start anymore at all.
I guess it is an IRQ- or ACPI-related problem, because when I try to boot in
'recovery-mode', the output I see there points into this direction.
Enabling frequency-scaling in userspace was no problem:
694960@bugs.debian.org
Now I do not know, where to report the problem against, to be honest I also doubt, that
anyone is going to fix it for me.
