Bug#692815: Installing with Malayalam gets stuck at "select and install softwares ("സോഫ്റ്റ്വേര് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് ഇന്സ്റ്റാള് ചെയ്യുക")

I was trying to reproduce the bug listed by Mr. Praveen Arimbrathodiyil (bug #692540) but I couldn't reproduce it. Instead i got stuck at "Select and Install software" step. I chose to install all the available server options like Mail server, DNS server, File server etc and installer downloaded about 1690 files. Then began installation and the message shown in screenshot was displayed. From there onwards, I couldn't complete any steps like "Installing boot loader", "Finishing installation" etc.
