Outdated autogenerated doc

Sorry if this as already been said:

The documentation on http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/, seems
outdated [1]. Maybe it is now on another url.

Also, finding the current source for the upcoming release was hard (I
wanted to propose a patch related to #610282, coming). A reference to
it [2] can be added to the automatically built page.
