If hardware is found by the installer that requires non-free firmware to work,
please provide an option to install it from the installation CD and include
firmware-linux on the installation media.

In particular, users who need firmware-linux to enable networking won't be able
to use the network after installation, thus they can't install firmware-linux
over the network.

Furthermore, remove the option to load drivers from floppy disk. Floppy disks
aren't used anymore.

Debian not have official support for non-free.  There are however
unofficial media already containing the firmware files you're looking
for:
http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/
