On dependency HELL:

What if using a GRAPH DB like Neo4j
to administer dependencies?

What if doing some STATIC compilation
in order to fold the farthest dependencies. Tabu?

No idea, but you have to discuss that with maintainers of package
installation utilities, not Debian Installer developers. Personal
advice: as I don't understand anything to your suggestions, you might
want to develop a little further what you're thinking about.

Personal advice 2: it's like 20 years that distros are trying to solve
things related to dependencies. I think the current situation is not
that bad. Of course, dependencies mightt very well be wrong in some
packages, making you think that the whole dependency system is
wrong. It is not. Problems should be reported in packages that
implement wrong dependencies.
