Bug#309568: #309568: d-i manual: need to better document CD types and writing

This old bugreport requests to describe the difference between
netinst and businesscard image.
This is no longer relevant since the businesscard images are
not to be generated nowadays.

Additionally the bug mentions to document how to write iso images
to CD. In the d-i manual there is a link to
http://www.debian.org/CD/ which has a prominent link to
the "FAQ about Debian CDs".
And that FAQ describes several methods to create a bootable
CD, on different OSses.
This should be sufficient.

So this bug could be closed.
Comments?

PS: In https://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/2012/08/msg00372.html
it was (as a comment to #280348) proposed to provide a link to
the CD-FAQ, to have info about cd writing more directly present.
