Partly. It's temporary for kfreebsd-* (see below) , the rest will stay gone
(everything except kfreebsd-* has OpenJDK available.)

If the gcc maintainer cared about uninstallability of some gcc-defaults stuff on
ppc (and thus the package not migrating) and then after it was (almost) was ready
started the "gcc 4.7 as default" mess which now means it's blocked behind it and
#673064 this never would have been disabled.

So it is, and yes, I plan to reenable it when gcc-defaults migrated (-gcj gets
a dependency on a newer libgcj-bc than in testing due to .shlibs)
