Bug#663484: debian-installer: a broken testing link on the server prevents installation

Dear Maintainer,

I tried installing debian unstable using the local mirror we have here.
Unfortunately the testing link in the dists directory points to squeeze and
there is no wheezy, yet. Sid is mostly current, though. Unfortunately d-i
doesn't get to selecting the suite to install because of the broken release
file in the testing directory.
