From your log it seems installer (iso-scan) tries to mount filesystems as ext3,
ext2, reiserfs and fat and fails.
As you have an ext4 filesystem I suspect it tries to mount it as ext3 but as
the filesystem as unsupported ext4 features it fails.
I have seen this error and cause reported in several distros in some googling
so don't take this as 100% sure. In fact, if someone more experienced could
comment on this would be great.
iso-scan had a major rewrite after current stable being launched so it would
be nice if you can try to install with current development images to check if
the problem is solved in daily images. You can find those images on:
http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/daily-builds/daily/arch-latest/i386/iso-cd/
Sep 26 17:05:24 iso-scan: First pass: Look for ISOs near top-level of each
filesystem.
Sep 26 17:05:25 kernel: [ 10.684045] EXT2-fs: sda1: couldn't mount because
of unsupported optional features (240).
Sep 26 17:05:25 kernel: [ 10.684240] EXT3-fs: sda1: couldn't mount because
of unsupported optional features (240).
Sep 26 17:05:25 kernel: [ 10.684588] FAT: utf8 is not a recommended IO
charset for FAT filesystems, filesystem will be case sensitive!
Sep 26 17:05:25 iso-scan: Waiting for /dev/sda1 to possibly get ready..
