Bug#262140: marked as done (fails to detect cdrom with current install image)

Comments/Problems:

CD image would boot after POST screen and initialise the installer, but
would not be able to mount the net-install CDROM to install the base
system.  Gave error message saying possibly use net install method instead.

Downloaded net install floppy images (blech) and currently downloading
base packages after successfully partitioning HDD.

These DMA issues while reading CD were reported against old kernels (2.4.x) 
and debian-installer releases in 2004-05 and seem to be fixed a long time ago.
Hence i am closing this report and invite you to test and report any issues 
against current debian installer release.
