laptop-mode-tools is a power saving tool for linux. It would be good to
see laptop-mode-tools installed when a user selects the "Laptop" task.

There are many users using lmt. I got an email from a user saying he
selected Laptop in tasksel and expected to see lmt installed.

Given that there are many power management tools, it should be okay to
have one (pm-utils) as the default. Also pm-utils has a way higher
install base.
