pata-modules-2.6.32-5-iop32x-di exists and includes the pata_artop driver which is needed for the GLAN Tank. I believe you have to manually select pata-modules in the list of modules to download. Can you try if that works?
That fixed it, but it makes it impossible to use the netboot console feature. You MUST use a serial connection to make this work, which is at least inconvenient.
