Bug#585840: tasksel: Please add libenchant-voikko (and remove aspell-fi) from finnish task

The squeeze was unfortunately released without this bug fixed. Attached
is now a new version of the patch against latest git, that also adds
changelog item if that is preferred. It also does the now required
OpenOffice.org -> LibreOffice transition.

I also tried my luck committing to git but apparently it's needed to be
done by someone from the Install System Team.
