Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to create a manual or some parts about
installation for Mac. Because there're several specific issues I don't find: how
is handled EFI? How to deal with partitioning (for dual boot or single boot on Debian),
How to deal with Grub? Does the installer install appropriate packages to boot?
Also, for boot medias: can I use a liveCD? a USB key? ...

If that's not planned, where can I have detailed info about this? A step-to-step
manual or tutorial?

Thanks,

Regards,

Recent "Macs" can probably be installed with the same set of support
than "PCs".

Indeed, this "Mac/PC" difference doesn't really mean anything
nowadays and "Mac" machine are just fancy (and expensive) "PCs",
contrary to what Apple zealots seem to believe (we probably all know
they confuse hardware and operating systems)..:-)

So, I really don't see why the documentation should say that Debian
can be installed on recent Apple hardware with i386/amd64
supports.....after all, we don't say that these media are fine to
install on Dell, HP, Acer, foobar machines..
