[D-I] Localization system now working nominally

Since D-I switched to git for most of its components, I have been
working to convert the "l10n-sync" script that synchronizes
translations from packages/po/sublevel{1-5}/ directories to individual
components of Debian Installer.

This script is now working as expected and I reinstated regular runs
on Tuesdays and Fridays at 22:47 UTC (the script is run under the
"d-i" role account on people.debian.org).

As a consequence, translators can now update their translations for
"D-I level 1" (7 languages are already re-completed). Please notice
that these directories are still maintained in SVN and there are
currently no plans to switch to git.

These translation updates will NOT be used in squeeze. The
localization of D-I for squeeze stopped with the release of D-I RC1
and, later on, RC2.

Any update in D-I level 1 is now targeted for next versions of D-I and
Debian, namely wheezy.

Happy translation work...

(and don't forget to celebrate the release of Debian squeeze,
hopefully next week-end)
